The Torre del Visco kitchen

Every morning our kitchen team wait for the gardeners to bring the daily harvest of fruit, vegetables and herbs from our organic garden, greenhouse and farm, as well as foraged finds, such as wild mushrooms from the hillsides, while local suppliers deliver the finest seasonal produce and fresh fish from the nearby Delta. It is these abundant ingredients that inspire the kitchen to create our changing daily menus. And every February, we celebrate the truffle season with a special menu devoted to this prized find. No two days are the same, the only constant is a love for dishes that balance flawless natural flavours with exquisite presentation.

Menu Artigas

Inspired by the day’s finest produce from our farm, the Ebro Delta fish markets and local meats such as Maellana lamb and beef raised in nomadic herds moved seasonally from mountain to valley pastures.

In-house guests

The restaurant is open every day for hotel residents for lunch and dinner.

At midday, guests may choose from our “Compartir Territorio” options, a selection of “tapas”, as well as, the dishes of the day. In the evening we offer our “Xirigol” menu, traditional dishes based on local recipes and flavours.

In addition. our Via Verde and Artigas gastronomic menus are available at lunchtime from Thursday to Sunday and in the evening from Thursday to Saturday.

The spaces to eat & drink

Throughout the year, we offer diners and guests a choice of beautiful places to eat and drink. Pour yourself a vermouth from the bodega and watch the sun go down from the terrace or in the shade of a tree in one of the gardens? For lunch or dinner you can choose to eat in our elegant split-level dining room with its garden views and winter open fire or dine al fresco on the terrace by day or candlelight. Then, for tea or coffee and petit fours, retire to a comfy sofa in one of the salons with your very own log fire or curl up on the sofa by our stunning firepit under the stars where we’ll serve your digestif.
