A series of participative master classes throughout the day in which these great professionals will prepare a dishes specially selected for the course from their Spring repertoire.
Recipes are based on produce from the Torre del Visco organic farm and the surrounding area of the Matarranya: extra virgin olive oil, almonds, soft fruit and vegetables, herbs, wild plants. Their will be ample opportunity for discussion about all things culinary!

Sunday 1st July
Arrival at the hotel during the afternoon
Concert of Ancient Music with original instruments played by Capella de Ministrers followed by
Candlelit dinner on the terrace with tasting menu prepared by the Stars

Monday 2nd July
09:00h after breakfast, with a basket down to the Torre del Viscos’s organic vegetable plot to collect “raw materials” to be used in the recipes
10:00h – 14.00 Master clsses
14:30h Lunch
18:00h – 21.00 h Master classes
21:30h dinner on the terrace with wine paring
Tuesday 3rd July departure after breakfast
Price per person:
- participant In a double shared occupancy : 675 €
- in a double room, single occupancy: 750 €
- non-participant in shared room: 550 €
