Kitchen In The Wild comes to La Torre del Visco for an exclusive collaboration in 2027. Two intimate three-day culinary journeys will be led by globally renowned chefs Lennox Hastie and Phil Howard, each with full exclusive use of the hotel throughout. These hosted experiences invite small groups of the culinary curious into a world of seasonal ingredients, foraging, local wines, shared tables, outdoor cooking and landscape-led discovery — a rare, immersive experience in La Torre’s world apart.

The Matarranya is a birdwatching paradise with a huge variety of resident and visiting birds throughout the year. From the hotel it is common to see and hear impressive Bonelli and short-toed eagles, a number of different owls, beautiful golden orioles, vibrant kingfishers, elegant herons, dazzling bee-eaters, distinctive hoopoes as well as soaring Griffon and Egyptian vultures.
