Wine

Raise a glass to whatever you desire. Let curiosity lead you around our medieval wine cellar where you’ll find the very best offerings from local vineyards as well as more familiar names. As we continually seek out new finds our wine list is constantly evolving so there’s always more to discover. Pour yourself a vibrant red or bright white, a premium gin, a warm malt or rich Armagnac at any hour - our cellar is always open.

Views

Choose your view of our world. For lunch or dinner, the beautiful gardens are framed from our elegant dining room, with the added glow of an open fire in winter. Our terraces offer alfresco dining with breath-taking vistas by day or soft candlelight under the night sky. Pour yourself a vermouth from the bodega and watch the dusk draw in from the dappled shade of a tree. For tea or coffee and petit fours, retire to a sofa in one of the salons with your very own log fire or curl up by our stunning firepit under the stars where we’ll serve your digestif.

Grow

We live in the rhythms of nature and measure most of our food in metres, not miles. Our certified organic farm of almond groves, cereal fields and over 2000 olive trees, produces extra virgin olive oil for our restaurant and for guests to take home. Our vegetable and fruit plots, which act as a bee sanctuary, yield an abundance of fresh produce throughout the year and lead the way for our changing daily menus. Take a walk with our head gardener Esteve for an expert guide around the estate and his organic techniques.
