“We have 2000 olive trees, empeltre and arbequina varieties, from which we press and bottle our own extra virgin olive oil. From our fruit trees, mainly apricots, cherries, figs and quinces, we make all our own jams. The greenhouse, vegetable and herb gardens provide daily ingredients for the kitchen”.
